1. Who we are and what we offer

General Conditions of Use – OpenZone.eu is an independent online platform that combines a business directory and services, with an active community of useful information and debates related to relocation, life in other countries, legislation, infrastructure and other real-world topics.

We offer users the opportunity to:

  • Publish ads and listings (free or paid);
  • Access useful articles and resources;
  • Participate in comments or discussions in dedicated sections.

2. Who can use the platform?

OpenZone.eu is intended for adults (18+) only. We do not accept accounts created by or on behalf of minors.

A user account is required to publish content. Ads without an account (guest) are not allowed.

3. What content do we accept (and what not)?

Content posting is moderated. We only accept relevant, legal and well-written materials.

Not allowed:

  • Weapons, drugs, illegal products;
  • Sexually explicit or vulgar content;
  • MLM services, “miracle investments”, dubious affiliate schemes;
  • False information, scams or clickbait;
  • Personal attacks, insults, incitement to hatred or discrimination.

We reserve the right to delete any content that does not comply with the rules, without prior notice.

4. Who owns the content

Everything you publish (texts, images, opinions) belongs to you.

By publishing on the site, you grant us the right to display, promote or distribute that content within the platform, to make it accessible to other users. We do not sell it, we do not use it outside of context without your written consent.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Some features of the site may be subject to a fee (e.g., listing promotion and consulting). In the case of online payments, these are processed through secure external services (e.g., PayPal, etc.).

OpenZone.eu does not store bank card information.

6. Account suspension or blocking

If a user violates the platform rules, their account may be temporarily or permanently suspended. We are not required to provide detailed explanations in obvious cases of abuse.

7. Personal data and privacy

We do not collect more data than necessary:

  • Only what you enter voluntarily (e.g. name, email);
  • IP and cookies (only for the correct functioning of the site).

8. Limitation of liability

OpenZone.eu does not guarantee that the information published by other users is correct, up-to-date or complete. Each user is responsible for what they publish and for the decisions they make based on the information on the platform.

We may change these terms at any time. Any changes will be clearly displayed on the site and will be effective immediately.
